Time and mode of delivery


The Supplier will deliver the ordered products by international courier, ensuring the goods for the full value. The timing of the order can vary, from the day of the order to a maximum of 5 working days, within which the receipt will be issued. In the event that the Supplier is unable to ship within this deadline, the buyer will be promptly notified by e-mail, indicating the term within which the order will be processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination and other factors not directly controllable by the Supplier and not attributable to it.



The Supplier ships with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) formula in the CE countries, therefore in these destinations the goods will arrive directly at the indicated delivery place without having to pay additional sums with respect to what has already been paid at the time the order was sent. For all other countries the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula is used, therefore the courier may present itself with a separate invoice with which it requires the payment of the duties and taxes requested by the local authorities. The Buyer who resides in a country that is not part of the EC is advised to inquire about local taxes and duties, before placing an order with the Supplier.



The Supplier guarantees the products against theft and accidental damage from the moment of delivery to the courier until the moment they reach their destination. Therefore, the Supplier is not required to replace or credit material that has been tampered with, damaged or lost during transport.



The delivery times of a product vary according to the type of jewel and vary from 2 to 5 working days. These times are given as an indication. They take into account the estimated time for order preparation and insured transport. Any delay will not be attributed to Genisi.



The purchased goods can be returned without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 working days starting from the day of receipt of the Products purchased on the site. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products.

To make an order placed on the site, you have to do four simple things:

  1. Send mail to  info@genisi.com  specifying, if desired, the reason for the request for return or replacement (for example: goods sent incorrect, goods arrived damaged, wrong size)
  2. Outside the package, write clearly the order number, and the year in which you made it (Ex. 1523/2010)
  3. Enter the copy of the purchase receipt, which was sent to you by e-mail
  4. Send the package to Adriano Genisi Via Vicenza 232 – 36077 Altavilla Vicentina (VI)

The delivery times for the replacement of a return will vary depending on the availability of stock from the moment in which the return is received. We will send you a communication with the expected delivery times. Shipping will be by courier.

In order to guarantee a purchase in complete serenity, Genisi offers you a 30-day “satisfaction or money back guarantee”: if you are not satisfied, you can make a return of your jewelery for a replacement or a refund.

Obviously, to benefit from this guarantee, the jewel may have been worn in order to prove it, but not worn in everyday life, in order to preserve its “new” status. Otherwise, if the jewel has visible signs of alteration, the exchange or refund cannot be made.

  • RETURN TO EXCHANGE: when it is required to replace the purchased jewel with another present in the genisi.com store
  • RETURNED AS WELL AS VALUE: when a voucher of equal value is required, which will allow you to buy the jewel you want at a later time.
  • FINAL RETURN: if you are not happy with your choice and ask to be 100% compensated.


Conditions for making the return

This guarantee can be obtained provided that the jewel has been worn only for the purpose of testing it and not beyond. If visible signs of alteration are present, they cannot be considered as forms of return mentioned above. All our jewels have a 30-day money back guarantee.

Shipping is ensured by UPS courier (Express delivery around the world). As soon as the product has been sent, Genisi will inform you with a confirmation email. This Mail will contain the Tracking Number of your package. In this way you will have the opportunity to monitor the different phases of the shipment step by step up to the delivery of the package (to the web page dedicated to shipment monitoring).
